Dr Felix Jacobs specialises in foreign trade law, in particular EU and US sanctions law, export control law and customs law. He advises companies on trade compliance issues and assists them in sensitive investigation proceedings. In addition, he represents clients before all relevant authorities and national courts, including the federal courts, as well as the European General Court and the European Court of Justice. 

Dr Felix Jacobs holds a PhD degree in European commercial law and worked in the foreign trade law department of GvW Graf von Westphalen. He has been with Cattwyk Rechtsanwälte since 2025.
