Franziska Kaiser advises and represents clients on all trade compliance issues. She specialises in customs and anti-dumping law, foreign trade law, in particular export control, embargoes and sanctions, as well as excise tax issues, including tobacco, alcohol and coffee tax law. She supports clients in all contentious proceedings, advises on the establishment of internal compliance systems and conducts audits of existing processes.
During her studies and legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, Franziska Kaiser worked for a major international law firm in the field of public commercial law. She regularly publishes and lectures on customs and foreign trade law topics.
