Dr Hartmut Henninger is an expert in customs, foreign trade and sustainability law. With many years of experience, he advises companies of all sizes and industries on the development and optimisation of trade compliance programmes. He also assists clients in the preparation and conduct of external audits.
Dr Henninger has particular expertise in the interface between customs and sustainability law. He also specialises in representing companies before customs authorities and the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA), as well as in court. In addition, he regularly represents companies and responsible persons in customs and foreign trade criminal and administrative fine proceedings.
